About UKScammers
We expose the UK visa-sponsorship scam, before it takes your money.
UKScammers names the recruiters, agents and organisations selling fake Certificates of Sponsorship and fake jobs to people desperate to work in the UK. We document each scam with evidence and public records, and we rank so the warning reaches the next victim first.
Why we exist
Every year, people who want to work in the UK hand over their savings for a Certificate of Sponsorship, a job offer or a "visa package". Often the money is borrowed from family. Often the person taking it is trusted: a recruiter, a community figure, a church leader. When the visa is refused or the job never appears, the promised refund does not come, and the victim is left in debt with nowhere to turn.
Many victims never report it. They are ashamed, worried about their immigration status, or told that speaking out will make things worse. The people who took their money count on that silence. We exist to break it, carefully and fairly.
What we do
Investigate
We examine victims' evidence and check it against public registers: Companies House, the charity register and the Home Office sponsor list.
Expose
We name the people and organisations running the scam and publish clear, sourced warnings, so victims find them before they pay.
Help
We point victims to the police and regulators who can act, and we never publish anyone's name without their agreement.
How we work
- Every claim is labelled: public record, the rules, or an official finding.
- We cite public registers and link to the source.
- We publish only what we can stand behind, and correct anything shown to be wrong.
- Anyone we name can respond at any time through our contact form.
